Yes — for all emirates. Dubai requires health insurance for all residents. The Northern Emirates mandate applies to all employers in Fujairah, RAK, Ajman, UAQ and Sharjah.

What is the difference between Basic and Comprehensive cover?

Basic plans (from ~AED 225/year) cover emergency and essential inpatient. Comprehensive plans include outpatient, pharmacy, specialist visits and optional maternity.

Why is Abu Dhabi not in the emirate dropdown?
