This website is operated by Advice Insurance Broker L.L.C (“Advice”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a licensed insurance broker registered and regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) under Insurance Broker Licence No. 281, and operating under Fujairah Municipality Trade Licence No. 1018900.

Our registered office is at Office No. 1505, Emirates Islamic Bank Building, Hamad Bin Abdulla Road, Mraisheed, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Advice Insurance Broker is a licensed insurance intermediary. We act as a broker — we work on your behalf to source, compare, and place insurance cover with regulated UAE insurers. We are not an insurer ourselves; all policies are underwritten by our partner insurers who are licensed by the CBUAE.

We provide brokerage services across the following product lines:

• Motor insurance (comprehensive and third-party)

• Home and contents insurance
• Business insurance (SME, property, liability, engineering, marine, cyber)
• Personal accident cover

We do not offer life insurance or family Takaful products.

4. Insurance Quotes

Any premium figures, price ranges, or cost estimates shown on this website or communicated by our team are indicative only. Final premiums are determined by the insurer following full underwriting review and are subject to the insurer’s terms, conditions, and acceptance of risk.

Quotes are valid for the period stated by the relevant insurer, typically 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Advice Insurance Broker does not guarantee that any particular insurer will accept your application or offer cover at any quoted rate.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your cover
