Your first month
A step-by-step breakdown of insurance priorities for new UAE residents — in the order you actually need them.
Day 1 — Arrival
Required by law across all UAE emirates. You need it to get your Emirates ID — without an Emirates ID you can't open a bank account, sign a lease, or do much else. Plans from AED 225/year. We can issue same day.
Before you drive
You cannot legally drive or register a vehicle in the UAE without at least third-party cover. Even if you're buying a car your first week, insurance must come first. Third-party from AED 620/year.
Week 1–2
Your landlord insures the building — everything inside is your responsibility. Electronics, furniture, valuables. One break-in or burst pipe and you'll wish you had it. From AED 250/year.
Month 1
If you plan to travel for holidays, visits home, or business trips — an annual multi-trip policy costs less than a single-trip plan for each journey. Schengen-compliant certificates included. From AED 220/year.
