• To comply with CBUAE regulatory requirements and record-keeping obligations

4. Data Sharing

We share your details with our insurer partners only for the purpose of obtaining insurance quotes on your behalf. This sharing is necessary to provide the service you have requested.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share data with any party outside the UAE without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain records for the period required by CBUAE insurance broker regulations — a minimum of 5 years from the end of a policy or client relationship.

Documents you upload are stored securely and will be deleted upon your written request, subject to any regulatory retention obligations that may override deletion rights.

6. Your Rights Under the UAE PDPL

Under Federal Law No. 45 of 2021, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction — you may request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected
• Right to deletion — you may request deletion of your data, subject to our regulatory retention obligations
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time
